One of the most important things that your children will need is a routine and a timetable. If you can draw simple pictures to support how their day looks it will help them to feel safe and regulated. 
 
It is also important to ensure the children get regular sensory breaks. The link below has some fun ideas of simple sensory breaks you can do with your child.
